First of all, when you get the wig from EvaWigs, you definitely need to take the wig out to check it. However if you do not put it on right away, you’d better use some tools to take care of the wig. Use wide-comb to comb the hair thoroughly to de-tangle the wig. Then you could put some leave-in conditioner to give more glam to the wig because it is made of 100% human hair. Meanwhile after you wear it, you also need to do the above steps. The most important job here is to put the wig on a wig stand to store it. This will air out your wig nicely and not stretch out the cap. It’s also a great tool on which to air dry your wig after is’ been washed.

Washing Tips:

1. After sometime wearing, you need to wash the wig. 2-3 wash times weekly would be OK supposing you wear the wig all the time!
2. Keep in mind that every time before you wash the wig, de-tangle them first in case they would be tangled severely in water.
3. Do not rub the wig when it is in water. Rinsing would be great for the not-too-dirty wig. Or you could use some conditioner to soak the wig 5 to 10 minutes. Again, not rubbing!
4. The water temperature should be between 77°F to 86°F. Water above 86°F may deform the lace cap and make your wig lost firmness of elasticity and make the color of your wig fade. Water under 77°F may make your wig tangle and hard to comb.
5. Use towel to absorb some water in the hair to dry it firstly. Then use natural air or the blower cold air set to blow the wig.

Comb Skills:

Combing the wig hair is inescapable during all the time you take out, put on or wash the wig. Thus, follow my advice exactly to avoid shedding problem. Use wide-toothed comb gently to de-tangle the wig hair from the hair ends. Avoid abrasive brushing! Gradually comb from the hair ends to your scalp! A small strand one time would be perfect. It is also suitable for your own hair. And you know the dragging hurt!

Check the following Regulations:
1. Do not put shampoo directly onto the hair, because more Saponaceous things will damage the hair bottom!
2. Washing your hair twice, the first time to get off the oil-abstergent and the second time to make the hair fleecier.
3. Choose the right shampoo and do not change it frequently unless it cause hair damage.
4. For the last rinse, use cold water to seal in moisture. This is according to your wig hair condition, it is not required.

Alright, all these are the tips for maintaining your wigs from EvaWigs. There are more human hair wigs for Black Women. Recently it released its 2014 NEW ARRIVALS of full lace human hair wigs. People could save up to $35.
